As a trained wellbeing coach pursuing my certification in the mind, body and psyche approach designed by Anthropedia, I will help you develop more awareness around wellbeing practices and give you the tools to reach a better state of wellbeing.
Each coaching session starts with body awakening movements and continues through a relaxed dialogue that addresses your interests and concerns about reaching an improved well-being state. In addition, we will go over the fundamental building blocks to achieve greater well-being by learning to know yourself better and develop a stronger outlook of unity in your life.
Anthropedia coaches use an evidence-based methodology based on more than 30 years of research on the science of well-being. As an Anthropedia coach, I will work with you to find a tailor-fit, personalized plan for greater well-being so that you can remain confident and serene despite the challenges of the 21st century.
